A lovely pair of mahogany armchairs. We date these chairs to the mid 20th century.

The chairs sit on two carved cabriole legs at the front and two rectangular section legs at the rear.

The chairs have attractive carved armrests and a padded seat and backrest. The chairs have been newly upholstered in a blue fabric.

The chairs are 37.5" (95cm) high, 24.5“ (62cm) wide, 23” (59cm) deep. They have a backrest height of 19" (48cm), a seat height of 19" (48cm), a seat width of 18.5" (47cm) between armrests and a depth of 16.5" (42cm).

This lovely pair of armchairs remain in very good solid condition with only very minor surface markings commensurate with age and usage. There is some very minor wear primarily to one of the chairs armrests from past use.

This remains a very stylish and elegant pair of armchairs. They will continue to provide good service for many years to come.
