An attractive three piece suite from the Ercol antique furniture range. We date this suite to the 1960/70s.

The suite is upholstered in a blue velour fabric with light blue piping. The settee and chairs have spindle backrests with loose seat and back cushions.

The bases have been rewebbed at some time in the past with fabric and a hessian cover, this is not in the original holes that the rubber webbing was in.

The two chairs are slightly different, one has a high back and the other is a lower back.

The settee has a height of 29.5" (75cm), an overall width of 68" (173cm), an overall depth of 28" (71cm), a backrest height of 17" (43cm), a seat height of 16" (41cm), a seat width of 60" (153cm) (between the armrests) and a seat depth of 20.5" (52cm).

The low back chair has a height of 30.5" (78cm), an overall width of 27" (69cm), an overall depth of 26" (66cm), a backrest height of 17" (43cm), a seat height of 15.5" (40cm), a seat width of 20" (51cm) (between the armrests) and a seat depth of 18.5" (47cm).

The high back chair has a height of 34.5" (88cm), an overall width of 27" (69cm), an overall depth of 28" (71cm), a backrest height of 21" (53cm), a seat height of 15.5" (40cm), a seat width of 20" (51cm) (between the armrests) and a seat depth of 20" (51cm).

This attractive Ercol suite remains in a very good solid condition with minor surface markings commensurate with age and usage, including some various marks around the frame, the fabric has some marks and light stains. There is a button missing on one of the chair back cushions and the left hand side arm of the settee is slightly loose on its support.

This remains a very stylish and elegant Ercol suite which is very comfortable and supportive to sit on. It will continue to provide rest and relaxation for many years to come.
