Antique Waltham Traveler pocket watch, 1907
Antique Waltham Traveler pocket watch, 1907.
The watch has a signed Traveler grade stem-winding movement which is working nicely. The movement has the serial number, 15930935 which dates it back to 1907. The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover.
The watch measures 50.4mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is the gold plated Star model from the Birmingham based case maker Aaron Dennison. Dennisons supplied most of the cases for Waltham UK. The case some wear to the finish, mainly to the back, and there is also some unevenness to the back but overall it has a great vintage look for a 114 year old watch.
The glass lens is in good condition.
The signed dial is in nice condition.
The watch has its original gold hands and a blued steel sub seconds hand.
The watch comes in a new presentation box.
