1821 pattern Royal Artillery Volunteers Officers sword in its steel scabbard. Has a silver wire bound shagreen grip and three bar hilt. Highly polished acid etched blade and mark 'Volunteer Artillery'. German made blade is marked as by WK&C. Retailed by J. Daniels & Co, Woolwich. Blade is engraved with cannon, foliage, wings and lightening. In good sound condition overall. Blade with lots of original polish but some slight rust staining.
