A rare and highly decorative early 19th century Chinese export penwork chest of 3 drawers set on claw feet.The drawers with original green paint and locks.
Fully constructed with dowelled pegs.
Verso with original painted panelling in black and gold.
The decoration in exceptional condition with only some minor wear to the top.
The shallow design also makes it a highly useful as a hallway console piece or for use in living spaces.
