A really lovely portrayal of a woodland scene, it is signed on the back of the work with a little note that he gave up trying to remember the number of hours he had spent working on this watercolour. This is an excellent watercolour from a recently discovered portfolio of this well respected British artists work. Scott-MacGregor captures the beauty of nature in his painting and transports the viewer into the picture with an almost effortless way of creating the scene.
