This painting by Susan-Jayne Hocking (1962-) is indicative of her vibrant style and use of colour to bring a textual quality to her subject. This picture was painted in Goa and bears a dedication verso. The work is framed and glazed, in good condition and ready to hang.
Susan-Jayne Hocking studied Fine Art at Bournemouth & Poole College of Art, Bristol Polytechnic and, for her postgraduate, at the Royal Academy Schools. For the past fifteen years, she has exhibited regularly in Britain , Europe and the Far East . In London , in addition to four solo-exhibitions at The New Academy Gallery, she has shown at the Royal Academy Summer Exhibition, New Grafton Gallery and Kings Road Gallery. Susan-Jayne Hocking has won the Royal Academy M&G Prize and a Royal Academy Travel Scholarship, as well as receiving awards from the British Institution Fund and Windsor & Newton .

RETURNS POLICY
We offer a 14 day returns policy and money back guarantee on all items (excluding postage costs) should they be found to be not as described. Additionally White Court Art fully guarantees for a period of 1 year from the date of sale our descriptions relating to age and medium. Our warranty will only apply to the original buyers as named on our invoice issued at date of sale.
