Handwritten onto Laid Watermarked Paper, Minutes of Agreement by James Matherson, Writer in Aberdeen, between Mrs Isabella Morrison or Stewart,of Ballateruch, in the Parish of Glenmuick, Widow, on the one part and Arthur Stewart residing there, her son, on the other part. Agrees to sell to Arthur Stewart the whole live stock, crop and implements of husbandry upon the said Farm of Ballateuich at the price of One Thousand, Five Hundred and Eleven Pounds, Fifteen Shillings and Five Pence. Dated 15th July 1863.

Has an Embossed Scottish Duty Stamp of Six Pence, Scotland Franking, Red Aberdeen District Franking and the Arched 1/2 pence Paper Tax Duty Franking.
