Handwritten in English Vellum Indenture dated 18th June 1756 being a Lease for One Year between Edward Jscob of the Town of Faversham in the County of Kent, Farmer, on the one part and Richard Jolly of the Town and Port of Sandwich, Gentleman and William Henry Jolly of Sandwich, Gentleman. Inconsideration for the sum of Five Shillings paid in hand to Edward Jacob by Richard and William Jolly for a Massuage and Farm commonly called by the name of Nutts, with all barns,stables, buildings, meadows, pastures, marshes, woods, underwoods, hedgerows, ways, waters, profits, commodities, hereditaments and appurtenances.

There are Three blue duty stamps for VI pence each and a George II Cypher. A very nice Costmark Franking and the Wax Seal of Edward Jacob
