Description

Two Sheets of Handwritten in English onto Vellum Indenture relating to Middlesex (Paddington) dated 24th June 1880. The Indenture relates to a Assignment of a Lease between Peter Kersey Gonner of Finchley, Esquire on the one Part. John Butland of Paddington on the second part and Edward William Beal of Sessions House, Clerkenwell,Esquire.

The Indenture refers to a previous Indenture referring to The Trustees of an Act of the 35th year of the reign of King George III for enabling the Lord Bishop of London to grant a Lease with powers of renewal of Lands in the Parish of Paddington, in the County of Middlesex, for the purpose of building on.
This very fine Indenture has 2 Blue Embossed Duty Stamps, one for £5.00 and the other for 15 shillings. Tow Victorian Cypher's, plus 2 very nice London Franking's. Has the Wax Seals of the above mentioned.
