Jobbing Printed 4 Sided Public Auction Notice plus Votes for North Northamptonshire dated 9th August 1838.
The Auction to take place at the sign of the Fox and Hounds in Earls Barton, in the County of Northampton. Page 2 states 'Conditions of Sales',and page 4 'Hereby Declared and Agreed' and the 'Serjeants Estate'. The properties were being sold by order of the Mortgagees. A Serjeant was an Elite Legal Practioner i.e. Attorony from the 1300's to 1921.

This is the only Public Auction Notice we have ever seen that refers to Electoral Voting.
