Description

Handwritten Vellum Indenture in the reign of Charles I dated 4th October 1631 between Thomas Brovine of Bungay in the county of Suffolk on the one part and Robert Lyonord of Topcrofts in the County of Norfolk, on the other part - paid £120 for a Dwelling, fields and pasture.
Has the very nice wax seal of Thomas Brovine
