Printers Proof Black & White Sales Auction Jobbing Poster dated 1858, for the sale of Underwood standing in the Parishes of Dorking & Newdigate, Surrey. To be auctioned by Messrs White & Sons at the Red Lion Hotel, in Dorking (This poster sale was on the same day and place as item As167a880).
The pencil corrections are from the Printer. There are 17 different Typefaces used on this poster.
