Description
Saint Mary, Newington, Surrey, Visitation Dinner Ticket at the cost of 20 shillings, (£1.00) The dinner was to be held at the Star & Garter Hotel, in Richmond, Surrey. A very fashionable eating establishment of the 1830's to 1890's.The Star and Garter Hotel original building was built in 1738, on the site now occupied by the Royal Star & Garter Home.
The Ticket is Printed Letterpress and Embossed onto cream card by Rock & Co.,
