Description
This delightful social history Sepia Photograph of circa 1900's of the Banbury Quoits Club.In 1879 Quoits was becoming a popular sport in Banbury and by 1881 there were two clubs one at the Plough Public House and one at The Reindeer Inn.
The sepia photograph proudly shows the two teams with their discs, spade and mallet.
The photograph is mounted onto buff card, which has seen better times and requires to be re-mounted.
