Great Yarmouth Vellum Indenture dated 1838/66 between Robert Bailey (Gentleman) of Great Yarmouth and Richard Rivett (Gentleman) of Great Yarmouth, Assigning a Piece of Ground and Two Dwelling Houses in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk to Henry Bulcher Masterson (Sailmaker) also of Great Yarmouth and Elizabeth his wife.The Indenture has a Blue Two Pound Duty Stamp with Black Franking (Yarmouth - 15-7-65).Also has a Victorian Cypher on reserve. Four Good Seals and beautifully Hand Written on Vellum.
