Victorian Indenture dated 29th February 1864 and 7th May 1870 between Henry Bawyer Esq and Mr Samuel Etches regarding a Lease on a House and Premises in Clapham, London, plus in 1870 adding a plot of land adjoining the said premises.There is a plan of the Property and Land plus a second plan of Adjoining Land. Two Blue Duty Stamps for One shilling and Sixpence and the other for Sixpence. One London Franking dated 27th February 1864. Second Franking dated 1870. Two Victorian Duty Cyphers plus one Red Seal and one Woven Green Seal. Hand Written on Vellum.
