Bail Bond (one side only sheet of paper) dated 1st November 1826. George Richardson of Derby (Maltster), Ralph Ordish of Derby (Inn Keeper) and James Knight Hall of Derby (Inn Keeper), held and firmly bound to Sir Roger Gresley, 8th Baronet, Sheriff of the said County of Derby, to the sum of £200.00
The Condition of this Obligation is such that the bounded George Richardson do appear before the said Lord the King at Westminster on Monday next, after the morrow of 'All Souls', to answer to Alfred Thomas Fellows and Francis Heart of a 'Plea of Trespass' and also to a Bill of the said Alfred Thomas and Francis against the said George for £200.00 upon promises according to.....
