Description

This blue pressed glass vase, of a very Art Deco design, first appeared in the 1934 catalogue of the German glass manufacturer Walther & Sohne.
"Greta" was produced in a range of colours, including clear, pink, blue, green and uranium green.

The base measures 8.8 cm (3.4") square. The vase top measures 20.5 cm (8.1") by 9.5 cm ( 3.75") and it stands 16 cm (6.3") tall.

The vase is in good condition. There are some air bubble inclusions from the original manufacture and some roughness/fritting to the footrim of the base.
