Description

Welsh Conway Valley Oak Coffer. This is a 17th century joined and boarded coffer. A good original coffer with good patina and colour.
Joined 3 panel top and front panel with carving to the front panel, original pin loop hinges and has the remains of old wallpaper lining the inside. The sides, back and bottom are boarded. an excellent coffer in very good condition. circa 1650/80
