Details This is a super Oak 12 Drawer Haberdashery Cabinet Counter. The cabinet was manufactured by the very renowned Dudley & Co London and dates from the early 1900s. The cabinet has been through the workshop and has a new laminated glass top fitted as the other was very scratched and foggy, it has also had two new laminated glass shelves made and fitted as the others were missing. The quality of Dudley & Co is shown by the 12 oak drawers having oak fronts and sides with lovely wooden pull handles. The cabinet stands on stepped wooden bracket feet typical of the Dudley & Co style. To access the two glass shelves are two pull down flaps with mirrors to the inside of the flaps. This is a super cabinet that having been through the workshop will now give years of further service both in a commercial as well as domestic setting, these are becoming more and more popular as statement island in kitchens and I have to say they look fantastic.

Condition The cabinet is in super condition with only minor bumps and bruises all to be expected of such a piece of furniture of this age. The cabinet has had a new laminated top and two new laminated glass shelves. There is some very slight foxing on one of the mirrors nothing major but only fair to mention.
