Description
An English mahogany cased library or 5 glass bracket clock with 6” square silvered and finely en-graved brass dial, signed James McCabe Royal Exchange London 2786. It has delicate and pretty blued steel heart shaped hands.High quality twin fusee movement with dead beat escapement and striking the hours and ½ hours on a gong. It has a strike silent “switch” mounted on the back plate where it is also signed James McCabe London No 2786.
