Lovely condition Mappin & Webb sterling silver Boudoir carriage clock. French 8-day movement with original platform balance. The sterling silver case is in excellent condition, was assayed 1907 in London, and made by W & G Neal silversmiths for Mappin & Webb. It has a floral and bow design hand engraved to the front, sides, and back door, standing on 4 bun feet. The 35mm white enamel dial has some minor damage which does not detract from the beauty of the timepiece, hours are indicated by Roman Numerals, complemented by spade design hands, and signed Mappin & Webb, Paris.
