A pair of brass repoussé double candle holder wall lights or sconces. Vessigebro, Sweden early 20th century. Stamp to rear.

Product Information:
Pair of Swedish Arts & Crafts brass repoussé dual light wall candle sconces, circa 1900, of a canted shield form. Decorated with hearts, tulips, leaves and in the central oval a shield featuring either a castle or dragon.

The candle holders are detachable and hook into the back of the light plate.

All in a good antique condition - wear is commensurate with their antique age and historic use adding to their charm and sense of history.  These fabulous sconces really are a work of art and the plates beautifully reflect the light from the candles.  These antique sconces would be perfect for bringing ambience to a hallway, living room, bedroom or dining room. The candle holder - with drip trays for collecting the melted wax - fit a standard size dinner candle. Makers stamp to the rear of each plate.
