Beautiful and useful - the perfect combination for the home office.  Dated c. 1830 this super William IV mahogany kneehole desk is compact and stylish and in an excellent antique condition. All original with the exception of the replacement skiver.

A neatly proportioned William IV period mahogany kneehole writing desk.

Featuring a rectangular top with cross-banded fore-edges, gilt tooled re-leathered writing surface over an arrangement of 3 mahogany lined drawers, standing on 4 turned legs.

This antique desk has all the typical William IV features such as the back gallery and the arched brackets to the kneehole recess. The drawers have fine dovetails and the original turned knobs each drawer has an arrangement of sections within.

Circa 1830 this writing table is in great antique condition. Being compact in size it makes for a useful and decorative WFH desk.
