This Fine Victorian Mahogany Chest of Drawers is in great condition just full of Character and Charm, Wider and Lower than most other Chests, having a Rectangular Ogee Edged Top sat above Two Small Drawers and Two Larger Drawers Below, all of Dovetailed Construction, running Smoothly, all fitted with Lovely Wooden Turned Handles and Escutcheons, all coming to rest upon Four Turned Wooden Feet. This chest is Quite Unusual due to its proportions and possibly did have a Galleried back to it in the past, however it has a Lovely Patina and No Shrinkage Splits which are all to common unfortunately with a lot of antique furniture. All in all a great practical piece with plenty of storage.
