This lovely Victorian Oak & Iron Bound Silver Chest is in great condition having a lovely Patina, and bearing the Property Brass Name plate of C.H.Weston Esq, together with the Brass Name Plate of Gass & Sons, Silversmiths 166 Regent St. The Chest is made of Oak & Iron Bound, with Original Clasps and Handles, Good Hinges and Stay, the Interior has some of the Original Paper and has been relined with Green Felt. All in all a lovely piece of Classic English Craftsmanship steeped in History with a very practical use. Great for Storage, having lovely Character to the Exterior making it an Ideal focal point in any room in the Home.
