Very nice quality French painted and gilded deep "scroll" end upholstered kingsize bed, circa 1900 and in good original condition.
The scrolling ends of the bed are much deeper than the average, I hope this comes through in the photos?!
Well carved and gilded, it has all aged well. The upholstery is old so I have priced the bed for you including the cost of re upholstery, but in your own choice of fabric ( 7m supplied by you ) and finished with a double pipe edging rather than the studs. Do get in touch with any queries
The bed measures 44'' high for the headboard, 30'' high for the footboard, the total width is 64'' and the bed will hold a standard 5' x 6'6'' kingsize mattress.
The price also includes an upholstered solid top supporting base to hold your mattress
