Description

Wonderful Chinese blonde wood double-seat bench in beautifully preserved original condition. The shaped top rail crowns two vertical splats, each carved with delicate, symmetrical motifs that speak to traditional craftsmanship. Gently curved arms flow into a panelled seat, supported by five turned legs joined by stretchers for stability. The pale wood has developed a soft patina, enhancing its warmth and character. A striking yet understated piece that would lend elegance to any interior.
