Description

A lovely quality handmade brass and copper moneybox, I bought this item as trench art but it may also be an apprentice piece as the workmanship is to a high standard. The church is made from brass sheet and has been finished with copper around the window frames the top of the clock tower and the roof edging. The fret work around the windows are a white metal and have been very well executed.
The mechanical clock is removable and does run however it will stop from time to time so may require a service.

The locking mechanism has unfortunately long gone but does not detract from this lovely handmade item.
