Description

This is a very pretty Chinese enamelled cloisonne lidded jar which dates from the early 20th century. The cloisonne is wonderfully enamelled on to solid brass in the champleves style, in a bold floral design and in most attractive pastel colours. The lid has a solid brass finial and the jar is enamelled inside in blue typical of the period. This item is in excellent condition and sits well on its hardwood stand.
The lidded vase is a good size measuring 15cm high and 17 cm in diameter and the stand is 17 cm in diameter and 10cm high.
