Description

This a charming and very rare find from the Arts and Crafts era in beautiful hand wrought iron work and beaten copper.
The table is a very decorative design and is a most unique piece dating from around 1900. The table frame is formed as an entwined climbing rose around branches in hand forged ironwork.
Copper spirit kettles, generally on stands were a popular item during this era but a combined table and tray ensemble is virtually unheard of. This piece is in excellent original condition and complete with the original working spirit burner which still has the adjustable wick and mechanism.
A very unusual and rare piece with great character and historical merit.
The piece measures 114 cms high and is 50 cms in diameter at the base with the copper tray being 35 cms in diameter.
