Description
This is a beautiful antique Chinese (Qing) botanical watercolour dating from the mid 19th Century. The well executed painting depicts butterfles surrounded by native flora. The watercolour is in stunning bold gouache colours on pith and is presented in a neat gilt frame with a soft rapberry mount. It is in good condition and measures 38 cms by 28 cms overall including the frame.We currently have 3 similar paintings listed should you be interested in purchasing more than one or the set of four.
