Description

This is a charming folk art chest in solid mahogany beautifully hand painted with a Georgian shop front “Holgate Clocks London”. This is very well painted, with lovely characterful detail to three sides. The chest is in lovely order with original brass carrying handles and lift out tray to the baize lined interior which will have originally held silver cutlery. This is a very decorative piece in great condition measuring 47 cms wide 36 cms high by 30 cms deep.
