Rams Head Antiques

Description

These 19th century Persian terracotta vases have a really decorative aesthetic appeal with great colours and gilding. They have panels of calligraphy to the tall cylindrical necks and have stylised foliage on a red terracotta ground. These are open to the base so have probably been used as lamps originally. There are some old repairs as shown in the last pictures but these have a really great look and are very decorative.
