Description

This is a very handsome good quality French armoire with lovely carved detail painted in an attractive antique French grey shade. The robe dates from around 1890 and has two large bevelled mirror glass doors which are in excellent clean condition. The doors have a working lock and key mechanism and there is a useful drawer inside and two substantial adjustable shelves. The robe has a lovely carved central crest and attractive carved detail to the stout cabriole legs on the base. This is a good large robe at 250 cms high so has a great storage capacity. It is 126 cms wide and 49 cms deep.

This is a knockdown wardrobe so dismantles into panels, with the base and cornice separate making it easy to get into any room.
