Description

This is a delightful Chevret table with hand painted and gilded finish in the Regency Style dating from around 1900. The table is of typical form with elegant neat proportions and slender tapering legs. There is a curved carrying handle to the top above the writing surface with gallery back. The three drawers have their original bronze handles and the piece has a shaped frieze to the base above an X frame understretcher. The table is in very good original condition and measures 92 cms high 43 cms wide by 23 cms deep.
