Description
This is a good example of an antique Japanese Kutani Charger which dates from around 1880, Meiji Period. The charger is wonderfully hand painted and gilded in typical iron red shades and has a pretty star shaped central panel depicting a waterfall with a Koi carp set against the brocade ground. The charger measures 34 cms in diameter 7 cms in height, it has an attractive ogee rim and is clearly marked to the base.UK delivery is £15 or you are welcome to collect.
