Description

This is a most characterful antique leather casket formed from antiquarian books that are adapted to have a secret compartment. The beautiful old tomes have a really antiquated appearance and open to reveal a compartmentalised interior that will have been used to house a pair of small decanters and small liqueur glasses. This is a great conversation piece and a fab decorative item that adds charm and character to any setting.
The book casket measures 27 cms wide by 22 cms (dictionary base) and is 16 cms high overall.
