Description

A handsome Edwardian games box, folding in the centre, creating storage inside for the Chess set and other games such as checkers / draughts. The box is secured with a brass catch to each side.

The box comes complete with a Boxwood and Ebony chess set in the staunton style, again dating to the same era.

Excellent condition the box measures 15 1/4" x 9 1/2" x 3 3/4" while closed.
