Description
A fine example of the 19th century Dutch tea kettle bucket. Made of walnut, the coopered bucket was then exquisitely turned and finished with contrasting ebonised black bands. At the top a brass band holds the carrying handle. The original brass inner liner that held the tea kettle is missing. The bucket is in great condition with a superb colour and original surface. Circa 1880.Height: 33cm (13")
