Description

Bold and large 19th Century antique late Victorian cast iron fireplace insert. The angled frame is decorated with repeating ivy leaves and crossed spears, this is also shown on the inside frame which supports the canopy depicting three sunflowers in the aesthetic manner. Circa 1890. Complete with a striking set of original fireplace tiles also depicting bright sun flowers on a deep rich brown glaze.
