Description

This is a very good quality Victorian heavy brass Fruit bowl.

It has a deep outer rim and repoussé decoration of grape vine, leaves and bunches of grapes. It stands on 3 well cast Lion claw and ball Feet.

It has fine and expressive Lions masks to either side of the bowl also but sadly has lost the ring handles it once would have had. Never the less this is a very impressive piece of quality Victorian brass ware, and will make a beautiful centre piece for fruit for any dining room setting.

Dimensions: 13 inches diameter, 7 inches tall.
