Magnificent 1920's travelling suitcase, all complete with hall marked silver accessories, comprising of glass lotion bottles, talc and aftershave etc. all with silver lids, silver hand mirror and brushes( both hair and clothes ) silver edged comb and silver shoe horn and button hook, also leather bound writing and blotting pad and leather bound necessaire also with dinky leather tailor made holders for matches and ink all contained in its period leather suit case complete with brass locks and the original thistle green coloured watered silk lining to compliment. .
A Stunning case that must of been treasured all its life and is so
complete throughout, which is a miracle today for the age of the item, and also boasts a quality that is second to none as you would expect with this high calibre gentleman's accessory, made by renown fitted case makers 'Whitmore's, New St. Birmingham', stamped to the front of the case in gilt tooling.
