Good looking oak pedestal desk, circa 1950, a nice compact size but highly functional with its inset apple green and gilt tooled leather writing surface and the 6 ample sized drawers. A stylish desk with hand carved decoration throughout, including 17th century inspired linen fold applied panels to the main drawer fronts, with original scrolling wrought iron handles and standing on sturdy plinth and bracket feet, a little gem.
