Pretty early 19th century style 'Ipswich oak' dresser base. Made circa 1960. This beautifully proportioned piece of furniture which is made by one of the premier 20th century cabinet makers 'Titchmarsh & Goodwin' of Ipswich. Comprising of a planked oak top. 2 spacious drawers with brass swan neck handles and back plates, 2 fielded panel doors, which reveal a handy shelved interior , fielded panel centre, and raised on square section stump supports

All of which is beautifully made throughout in traditional fashion by a firm of skillful cabinet makers. It boasts a compact size, yet still retaining a spacious practicality, and is all complimented by the charming colour and finish throughout which is derived from its carefully chosen oak timber.
