ARTS & CRAFTS OAK TOWEL RAIL c1880-1900This is a late Victorian oak Arts and Crafts towel rail. Raised on splayed legs it has an unusual base with solid section and cylindryical cut outs to the base and side sections. The upper section having a bowed inside shaping with simple moulding to the underside of the top. A pretty and practical thing.
