Description
18th Century mahogany eight day long case clock by Henry Cross of Bristol, having a silvered dial arched clock face with a seconds dial, moon roller and calendar, striking on the hour, the movement has been fully restored and cleaned. The clock hood having a moulded arched and painted top with decorative brass patraes, turned and fluted columns, the longcase trunk door having wonderful flame mahogany, inlaid and having intricate shaped moulding, fluted quarter columns either side, a conforming bottom section and supported on shaped feet.
