Description

This is an exceptional example of an early 19th Century mahogany wine/lamp table. Standing on a rectangular base with serpentine sides and scrolled feet, an absolutely fabulous ring turned and baluster stem with a ‘leafed’ foot. The top of the table has an exquisite gadrooned style edge (one edge has neat hinges with a flap). The top is a solid marble slab.

This table is exhibition quality, although nearing 200 years old it is in remarkably good condition, an excellent colour and patina. One for the connoisseur.

Measures 74cm high, 58cm wide and 40cm deep
