A very attractive Victorian Oil Painting, artist “W. Vincent” who specialised in this particular genre, the painting is set in a traditional swept frame. This picture comes complete with a signed letter from a professional Fine Art restorer “Caroline Stills” stating that it has been cleaned and re-lined and is in fine condition.
